As an LCL Freight Operator, you will play a key role in managing our Less than Container Load (LCL) operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating and processing LCL shipments from start to finishLiaising with carriers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth operationsManaging documentation and compliance for all shipmentsProviding exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issuesMonitoring shipments and proactively updating clients on the statusDeveloping and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Experience in freight forwarding or logistics, particularly in LCL operationsStrong organisational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication skills and a customer–centric mindsetProficiency in relevant software and toolsA positive attitude and a team player mentality
