Job Title: HGV Technician Location: Wareham, Dorset

Salary: Up to 60,000 per annum (DOE)

Job Type: Full–Time, Permanent

About the Role: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced HGV Technician to join our team based in Wareham, Dorset. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and knowledgeable individual to work with a reputable company, offering a competitive salary of up to 60,000 per year depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:Carry out routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on a variety of HGVs.Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults.Conduct MOT preparations and safety inspections.Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards in compliance with health and safety regulations.Maintain accurate service and repair records.Work as part of a team to ensure workshop targets are met and exceeded.Requirements:Proven experience as an HGV Technician / Mechanic.NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance (or significant relevant experience).A valid UK driving licence (HGV licence preferred but not essential).Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Flexible approach to working hours including potential shift patterns or overtime.Benefits:Competitive salary up to 60,000 per annum (based on skills and experience)Overtime opportunitiesCompany pension schemeOngoing training and developmentModern workshop with up–to–date equipmentSupportive and professional working environment
