Description
Taskmaster are recruiting 5 x HGV 2 Night drivers to start on the 4th of August. These vacancies are temp-to-perm positions for a leading temperature-controlled logistics company based in Batley.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Class 2 driver who is looking for night work on a permanent basis.
Job Specification:
Start times: between 15:30 and 18:00
Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off
Delivering frozen and chilled goods to coffee shops covering Leeds, Newcastle, York and Harrogate areas
Handballing required
Cage work, drivers must be physically fit and able to stock items on shelves
Pay rates when temporary:
Monday to Friday: GBP16ph
Saturday GBP18ph
Sunday GBP20ph
Requirements:
Ideally, 2 years of experience, and new passes with experience are considered
Valid HGV (C) driving licence
No more than 6 points for minor offences
Clear communication skills, both verbal and in writing
No endorsements such as IN & DR 10's due to company insurance.
