About the role
Reporting to the Global Reward Partner, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute across all areas of the IAGC Reward function. Responsibilities span from leading and enhancing benefits and digital recognition platforms, to supporting annual compensation and bonus cycles, role evaluation and benchmarking, pay proposals, gender pay reporting, organisational analytics, and insight development.
The role also plays a key part in supporting strategic business initiatives-from initial concept through to implementation and ongoing evolution. We're looking for a proactive, self-motivated individual with a genuine passion for Reward, a sharp eye for detail, and a curious, solutions-focused mindset. The ideal candidate will be comfortable navigating conflicting priorities and embracing change within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What you'll do
Support the Global Reward Partner to drive innovation, implementation, and continuous improvement across the Global Reward, Compensation, Benefits, and Recognition strategy.
Support the development and delivery of global benefits, wellbeing, and recognition platforms, including cyclical activities and benefits roadshows.
Support the execution and evolution of critical and ad hoc Reward projects, delivering strategic insights and data analysis to inform business decisions and recommendations.
Contribute to and support annual Reward cycles, including pay and bonus reviews, benefits and roadshows.
Lead the Gender Pay Gap reporting process and support wider initiatives e.g., EU Pay Transparency Directive.
Conduct job evaluations, market benchmarking, and support business pay proposals.
Provide ad hoc reporting and data analysis, contributing to People dashboards and organisational insights.
Support day-to-day operational activities within the Reward function.
Support business in providing expert Reward advice to the People Team, senior leadership, and wider business functions.
Supporting in building and maintain strong relationships across the business & Opcos.
Provide ongoing support for new and existing Reward initiatives.
Lead delivery of global compensation and benefits survey submissions and reviews.
Support policy development and alignment across global markets and business locations.
Contribute to the development and support of the Global Mobility framework.
Manage Reward queries, administration, including invoicing, and 3rd party supplier relationships.
Support continued development and improvement across Reward spectrum.

Experience:
Experience in supporting end-to-end Reward, e.g., compensation and bonus cycles, job evaluations, benchmarking, pay proposals, projects, gender pay gap, benefits etc.
Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, global team environment.
Experience in supporting, implementing and continually developing global Reward strategies and initiatives.
Experience in building external supplier relationships.
Comfortable engaging with senior leadership.
Experienced in supporting compensation cycles, including pay and bonus reviews.
