Fulfilment Supervisor – Permanent Position

Location: Sevenoaks

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30

Salary: 28,000 – 32,000 (depending on experience)

Our client, a growing organisation based in Sevenoaks, is seeking an experienced Fulfilment Supervisor to lead their busy operations team. This is a permanent opportunity offering the chance to take ownership of high–quality fulfilment services, oversee a small team of both permanent and temporary staff, and play a key role in supporting the company's ongoing growth.

The Role

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of both internal and client fulfilment projects. This will involve managing processes end–to–end, implementing best practice procedures, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and your team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective processes, liaising closely with account management teams and clientsKeep up to date with Royal Mail and courier regulations, requirements, and tariffsOversee accurate data management, including mail mergesManage and monitor third–party fulfilment houses and suppliersMaintain robust quality control measures to ensure exceptional service levelsProduce management reports and track performance metricsHandle account management duties, including job pricing, quoting, and invoicing

Skills & Experience Required

At least two years experience in fulfilment or logistics managementProven leadership skills with experience managing teams and supplier relationshipsStrong data management and reporting abilitiesConfident in overseeing pricing, quoting, and invoicing processesExcellent communication, organisational, and administrative skillsProficient in Microsoft Word and ExcelFlexible, proactive approach and a strong team ethic
