Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently manage and process multimodal freight shipments.Book shipments with shipping lines, agents, and hauliers.Provide exceptional customer service by tracking shipments and keeping clients informed.Handle customs clearance processes for both imports and exports.Create orders, negotiate rates, and manage invoices to maximise profit margins. Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in multimodal freight forwarding operations.Knowledge of customs clearance processes is preferred but not essential.Strong understanding of transport and global logistics.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Robust negotiation skills to secure the best deals.Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.Strong IT literacy and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
