We're Hiring: Flexi / Bendi Forklift Driver

Location: Stoke–on–Trent, ST4

Industry: Logistics & Warehousing

Shift Options: Days, Afternoons, Nights

Key Responsibilities:

Efficient Receipt & Dispatch: Ensure all goods are received and dispatched appropriately, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Loading & Unloading: Use forklift trucks, pallet trucks, VNA MHE, or manual handling to load and unload cargo.

Order Fulfilment: Pick and pack orders to ensure timely and complete deliveries.

Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the warehouse and site.

Stock Management: Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring accuracy and availability.

Compensation:

Days (06:00 – 18:00): 12.68/hour

Afternoons (14:00 – 22:00): 14.58/hour

Nights (22:00 – 06:00): 15.21/hour

Requirements:

Previous experience in a logistics/warehouse environment.

Valid Bendi/Flexi Forklift Truck Driving licence.

Experience in loading international groupage trailers is advantageous.

Basic numeracy, literacy, and computer skills.

Ability to work well within a team and under pressure.

Punctual and reliable with a keen attention to detail.
