Export Co-ordinator

We are recruiting for several clients in the local area who are recruiting for experienced Export Coordinators. You will have experience and knowledge in managing shipments from start to finish, ensuring clients' cargo gets where it needs to go-on time, on budget, and with a smile. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, loves solving problems, and enjoys working with people from all over the world.What You'll Be Doing Coordinating international export shipments via air, sea, and roadLiaising with carriers, agents, and overseas partners to ensure smooth transitPreparing and checking export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, AWBs, B/Ls, etc.)Managing bookings and tracking shipments from origin to destinationCommunicating with clients to provide updates and resolve queriesEnsuring compliance with customs regulations and export controlsSupporting the wider operations team with ad-hoc tasks and projects What We're Looking For Previous experience in freight forwarding or export logisticsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication skills-written and verbalA proactive, can-do attitude and a team-first mindsetFamiliarity with export documentation and customs proceduresAbility to juggle multiple tasks and stay cool under pressureIT savvy-comfortable with logistics systems and Microsoft Office If you have the required experience, please submit your CV today.
