Are you a hands-on Export Clerk looking to take the next step in your career? This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established freight forwarder operating in a specialised, fast-moving logistics sector.

You'll be part of a highly skilled team coordinating complex international shipments across air, road, and sea. Every day will be different - this role offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to work on logistics solutions that demand accuracy, urgency, and world-class customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage international shipments end-to-end, including client billing (full training provided)Coordinate with clients, overseas agents, and suppliers to schedule and manage cargoPrepare all export documentation, including pre-alerts and post-flight updatesProvide accurate quotations and negotiate competitive freight ratesComplete customs entries using Sequoia(Desirable) Handle ATA Carnets, SEIL, and OGEL licences - training providedCommunicate across platforms including Outlook and SlackSupport internal departments and escalate shipment concerns where necessaryPerform general admin and ad hoc operational dutiesWhat We're Looking For:

Previous experience in export freight forwardingFamiliarity with customs clearance processes (Sequoia preferred)Interest in working across multiple modes of transportAirfreight Dangerous Goods trained (advantageous but not essential)Highly organised and detail-orientedClear, confident communication skills - verbal and writtenProblem-solver with a proactive mindsetComfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentSelf-motivated and reliable team playerHow to Apply:
