Description

Our client, is seeking a PMO Training & System Integration Lead to join their team in Worthing. This permanent position offers a hybrid working arrangement to promote flexibility and work–life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

You will focus on four key areas:

Training Delivery & Management

Lead the design and implementation of structured technical training across core PMO systems and processes.Develop and deliver blended learning programmes (in–person, virtual, and self–serve).Support end–users with guidance, coaching, and ongoing capability building.Develop a long–term training roadmap aligned to transformation and operational needs.

Embedment & Continuous Improvement

Ensure effective rollout and adoption of new systems, tools, and processes.Lead post–training evaluations and use feedback to refine training materials.Act as a key enabler for change initiatives across Programme Controls.

P3M3 Alignment

Support alignment of PMO capabilities with P3M3 standards.Coordinate maturity assessments and implement improvement activities.Track progress against agreed improvement plans.

Communication & Internal Branding

Develop a communication and engagement strategy to promote training, tools, and best practice.Support internal branding for the Programme Controls & Standards team as a Centre of Excellence.Act as a key point of contact for all training, change, and improvement queries.

Job Requirements:

Proven experience in delivering technical training and capability improvement across project or programme environments.Working knowledge of PMO systems and tools (e.g., Primavera P6, SAP, PIM).Familiarity with industry standards and maturity models such as P3M3.A strong understanding of change management principles and embedment strategies.Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and coaching skills.The ability to work across functions and levels, influencing change and building buy–in.
