THE Customer Support Coordinator

We're looking for a Customer Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team of five, where you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding service to our customers and ensuring smooth operations across our supply chain.

As our Customer Support Coordinator, you will:

Be the key point of contact for customers placing ordersAccurately process sales contracts and ensure timely deliveryCoordinate with logistics providers to book transport and negotiate competitive ratesPrepare shipping and export documentationCollaborate with our operations team to meet customer delivery expectationsEnsure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate recordsHandle urgent order requests, manage stock holdings, and process sample ordersSupport continuous improvement in workflow and customer satisfactionTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organisational abilities with high attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level)Experience using CRM or ERP systems A proactive, adaptable team player who can also work independentlyExcellent time management and a flexible, can–do attitude
