As an Air Export Freight Forwarder, you will be responsible for handling air export shipments from booking through to final delivery, ensuring all operational and compliance requirements are met. Your key duties will include:

Managing the full air export process, including customs clearance and export documentationLiaising with airlines, overseas agents, hauliers, and customers to coordinate shipmentsHandling dangerous good shipments and ensuring the documentation is in line with custom requirements.Preparing and processing export documentation in line with customs and aviation regulationsTracking and monitoring shipments, providing regular updates to customersBuilding and maintaining strong working relationships with customers, suppliers, and agentsWhat we're Looking For:

Minimum 3 years' experience in air export freight forwarding operationsStrong understanding of export customs procedures and complianceExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesExperience with freight forwarding or customs software (e.g., CargoWise, ASM) is desirableThis is an exciting opportunity to join a well–established and forward–thinking company, where you can make a real impact and grow your career.
