Assisting and coordinating the refuelling of aircraft with the operations team / operating crew

Ensuring the aircraft and ambulance is cleaned and sanitised after each mission or shift. This includes cleaning windscreens, equipment, and interior and exterior surfaces, adhering to strict infection control guidelines and disinfection procedures

Ensuring the aircraft is equipped with necessary medical supplies and equipment before missions to ensure readiness for the next shift

After a mission, assisting with securing the aircraft in the hangar, as well as putting away vehicles

Managing and disposing of waste materials, including clinical and hazardous waste, according to established procedures and regulations

Providing site access to flight crew, medical personnel and third–party ambulance providers

Ensuring the security of the premises by locking doors, windows, and gates when not in operation, and managing the alarm system

Supporting the facilities team with the cleanliness and tidiness of the hangar, including sweeping floors, cleaning maintenance stands, workshops, and storage areas

Being aware of and adhering to health and safety policies and procedures for all activities

Assisting the ground support team with tasks including inspecting and performing preventive maintenance on vehicles, support equipment, and tools

Skills, Qualifications and Experience required:
