Join our clients expanding business as a 3PL Warehouse Manager and lead the daily operations of our fast–paced warehouse. You ll ensure the safe, efficient, and accurate movement of goods while delivering top–tier service to clients. Key Responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse operations: receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching. Maintain accurate inventory using CargoWise WMS; resolve discrepancies promptly. Allocate labour, equipment, and space to meet client demands. Oversee returns processing and quality control procedures. Recruit, train, and develop warehouse staff; conduct performance reviews. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations in partnership with H&S Manager. Build strong client relationships; provide updates and resolve issues. Monitor KPIs and SLAs; implement improvements as needed. Lead onboarding for new clients and support operational integration. Identify cost–saving opportunities and drive process improvements. Collaborate with IT on tech upgrades and automation initiatives. What you ll need

Essential Experience & Qualifications

Proven experience in warehouse/logistics, ideally in a 3PL setting. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficient in WMS (CargoWise preferred). Solid understanding of health & safety compliance. Demonstrated success in improving operations and meeting KPIs. Key Skills

Salary GBP40,000 – GBP50,000 Annual leave; 31 days (prorated down if not working 5 days).
