I recently hired 2brozz to carry out renovation on my garden. They gave me 3 different quotes and I went for the highest quote out of the 3. This mainly included building two flower beds and slightly expanding my outhouse. After less than a week since they finished, the new parts of the outhouse started to condense along the walls and ceilings, leaving the wood damp. It’s not useable in its current state because mould will start to grow and the wood will rot. According to their contract, they said that no payments would need to be made until the job was complete. After the first week of starting they constantly asked me to start making payments. Abdullah would constantly tell me about how he underquoted me for the job and how he was not making a profit and that he wanted to finish the job as quickly as possible. His brother even wanted to leave the job without completing it. After spending over £8,000 I will need to redo large parts of it again. I'm very disappointed by their work and feel robbed. I’m not a builder but we could see they were doing things wrong and when we’d point this out to them, they would get frustrated and say that they’re the builders and they know what they’re doing. There’s a long list of all the things they’ve done wrong. I don’t believe they are actual builders, simply because of the amount of things that were done completely wrong. Overall their work was poor and I would not recommend them to anyone. This is the second time I’m leaving this review unfortunately it’s gets taken off. Please please!! beware before you hire them. They use religion to get your attention.
