Very professional. Unfortunately most of them couldn't speak English so there was some communication problems. But their workmanship can not be faulted. I would highly recommend this company.

Marcos team removed my existing bathroom and a solid wall and moved the bathroom to the room next door, added a stud wall and created a new bedroom space in the old bathrooms place. The team were great and the finish was excellent. Worked very well with them, they know what they’re doing and accommodated all needs as things change along the way.

The kitchen installation itself has been fine so far, and the only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the kitchen installer did a good job. However, the ongoing issues I have experienced relate to the electrical work carried out by Rafael, the electrician. What I found disappointing is the consistent lack of apology or acknowledgement from Marco, the owner, when I raised concerns. His only response was that someone would come to fix the issue, without acknowledging that these problems should not have occurred in the first place. There were several examples of poor decisions and incomplete work. For instance, when the kitchen light switch was moved, holes were left on both sides of the new switch and only repaired after I asked about them. The washing machine and cooker sockets were also left with holes around them and an exposed pipe, which were again only addressed after I raised the issue. The kitchen was installed between 1 and 16 April. After the installation was completed, some final repairs and finishing work were still required. On 27 April, I discovered two holes in the room behind the kitchen, caused by the extractor socket installation and removal of an old switch. I reported this, with pictures and the electrician agreed to return on Friday 2 May, around 10 a.m., to carry out the repairs. I first messaged him at 10:47 a.m. to ask what time he would arrive, as I needed to plan my day. I received no reply. I followed up at 1:43 p.m., and only then did he respond, saying he had forgotten and was still outside London. This was frustrating, particularly as I had already contacted him earlier that morning. I replied to say I wouldn’t continue chasing and asked if I needed to escalate the matter. I then contacted Marco that same Friday and asked him to send someone as soon as possible. He said the electrician would return on Monday 5 May and that he would confirm the time. As of this evening, Tuesday 7 May, I have heard nothing further from either the electrician or Marco, and the holes remain unrepaired. I hope someone will contact me soon to complete the repairs and confirm surrounding area of the holes safe.
