I picked SBS over around 10 other building contractors to conduct a large refurb on my flat, due to their transparency, professional conduct, flexibility and attention to detail. The work required was a complete rip out, refurb and new extension. They were very professional, friendly and reliable. We had a large ground floor and basement extension built late last year and Stanrock designed, managed and executed the whole project. Clear communication, achievable timelines and transparency made the whole build as seamless and stress free as we could have hoped, especially since we lived in the house at the time. We are delighted with our house and the overall finish. Laird and his team are polite, hardworking and tidy. Any issues we had were dealt with efficiently.
