Hello We are a family run buisness that carrys out all types of building works from New builds /Extensions/ Renovations and Commercial projects. We have just recently completed a laboratory Extension for Valpar Micro Matic based in Bangor. We have also carried out works for St Paul's and Barnabus Church based in Belfast. We leave a very high quality finish of works from start to finish on any job small or big .

Top class guys. Kept me informed every step of the renovation, quick to deal with unexpected issues and all work carried out to really high finish. Would definitely use again

Experience with MPR / Roca Construction was a total nightmare. Project delayed by several months, no clear communication, workmanship was shockingly poor, with many areas now needing to be redone. Micheal & Phillip (MPR/Roca) are unprofessional, doubling the original price, aggressive and harassed me & my family, making it a highly stressful experience. To top it off, they walked away from the job without completing it & stole my money. Strongly advise against hiring MPR Contracts / Roca Construction.

Experience with MPR (now Roca Construction after they declare bankruptcy) was a total nightmare. Absolutely atrocious. Started an extension for me and then left and didn't come back to finish it. Totally unprofessional in talking to me and could never get the hold off them and at the time the name off the company they owned was PMR construction so have just changed their name but still the same people. I have photos off the monstrosity that left me with and don't have the money to finish as it was paid to them other than the last payment of 2000 pounds

AMAZING !!!!!! Phill and Michael contacted me fast and were out to see the job the next day . I cannot believe all these guys did for me very few would have taken the job on but to Phill , Michael and his crew it was a job worth doing . They worked tirelessly in absolutely horrendous weather . They were always easy to talk with and discuss the progress of the job from start to finish an utterly brilliant professional service second to none. I can’t recommend and thank these guys enough . They literally built my dream .
