Unfortunately after over a year of not completing the work I paid nearly £3,000 for, and no refund when I asked, Lincolnshire Architecture now has a CCJ issued against them. I would not use this company. If you look up Steve Jones on Companies House, you will find many other failed architect businesses including one which went into liquidation. The facts speak for themselves.

We have engaged with Steve and LAL mid January. Within a day of posting on Bark I had a reply and subsequently an initial visit to discuss our ideas and sketch them on paper. At the meeting Steve was able to give us an initial estimate of the price. Following the first initial appointment we have decided to proceed with the architectural drawings. From there our house was measured and initial plans were produced. After some minor adjustments plans are now submitted to planning. We have decided to proceed with the build under the Steve’s management and are excited to begin end of April once all finalised and approved. Steve is a friendly, professional and responsive and is always there when a new question comes to mind. He is very approachable and understanding and we would recommend LAL to anyone. Mary and Andy
