Rawle customer service was more than I anticipated; from respondimg to my 1st message within a reasonable time, giving me a call to understand my needs, arranging and booking a time suitable to visit whilst pricing the job. I needed 2 new cassette fitted & a spring load replaced on one door. I was pleased to see, he was honest about what needed to be done, and whilst doing the work asked questions which made me upgrade two of the cassettes being fitted as to fit my family needs & security.
