My daughter was in a challenging situation and needed her locks changed immediately. I live in the US and called Steve up and shared with him my circumstances (calling from the US) and needing help for my daughter in Cannock. He was there within 15 minutes and did a fantastic job. He focused on making sure my daughter was safe first and then sort out the money later. I never leave a review as I find them disingenuous. However, Steve's efforts and follow through warranted a change from me. Steve went above and beyond and I highly recommend both he and his service.

Tony was quick repaired my front door lock, in about 30 minutes there was a tiny broken piece of metal that he replaced, and refitted the lock all worked ok, the only thing was the high final cost of £230, but i did have to get the lock repaired fairly quickly and the lock was out of the door any way so agreed to the price.
