Description
Anglepoise Model 1227 Lamp.
Made by Herbert Terry & Sons
Great original condition with very few scratches/marks, shade in perfect shape and chrome on springs is excellent.
This will polish up very nice as it is, or could be repainted and rewired with corded cable. (Refurb kits are still available from Anglepoise) .
I also have a 2.5 metre length of red corded cable (not shown)
I doubt you will find an original in this condition.
If you search around for 'Anglepoise', there are always sellers saying how 'Patina' adds to the look.
I don't think it does, often these lamps look like they have been kicked around a car park.
