Mark's approach is superb. It is clear from the moment that you meet him that he is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. Mark very quickly put me at ease and I did not feel pressured nor was he focused on the time. His key motivation was me and this was extremely valued. I was hesitant going into therapy again and finding the right person as i hadnt had a great experience the first time. I stumbled across bark and registered and had a look, i didn’t know what to look for in terms of a great fit with a therapist and looking at what therapy would work best, i ended up coming off the page and then Mark had reached out and and we spoke a bit about what it was i needed. We had our first call to get to know more about the sessions and instantly from talking to him i knew he would he be the best suited. His energy and calmness was what i noticed firstly and how easy it was to speak to him, i knew after that call i was going to start my journey with him and have said it was like a sign that he contacted me. So far i have had an amazing experience with him during our sessions i have learnt so much already and he has helped me change my mindset for the better and slowly support me in becoming the best version of myself. I enjoy our sessions each week and love that it isn't serious we laugh, joke and helps me understand me through the techniques he uses. Thank you Mark for making this journey feel easy in terms of speaking and setting me with the goals i need to become amazing. I look forward to continuing our sessions

My name is Sophie Richards and I co-own my own commercial cleaning business called Jaguar Contract Cleaning Services and I just needed a little bit of help from Mark to gain my confidence in coming back into the business after prioritising Motherhood for the past 12 years. I am currently not even half way through my coaching sessions and there has already been a huge change in my outlook on life and work and how to view everything in a more positive way and how we can achieve anything with just a little change in mindset - and a little hypnotherapy thrown in too! In my line of business we realised that telemarketing is a dying tool and we have to now embrace social media and networking for our marketing strategies. After focusing on being a Mum, the thought of being in a room with all these big important corporate people with my baby brain (yes it does last forever!) absolutely terrified me and I developed impostor syndrome which was completely overwhelming. However, one day, with a hugely beating heart and sweaty palms I attended one of these networking events and as fate would have it.. along with a joke about a plate, I started a conversation with Mark, who made me feel so comfortable in his prescence that I knew he could help me overcome my fears and bring me back to being a confident, positive businesswoman who is finally in crontrol of her own destiny. He did not disappoint! I am now attending 2 - 3 networking events a week and have the ability to speak to strangers with self belief, confidence and not a care in the world if I mess my words up because everyone is in the same boat doing the same thing and wanting the same result. Mark really cares for his clients and makes you feel like you are seen, that you matter and that you have a place in the world to be someone extraordinary and great. He supports you with whatever you need without judgement and tailors the sessions around you. There's no clock watching - if you go overtime thats OK. You can take your time with him. I think everyone should see Mark as theres always room to be better versions of ourselves and the world would definitely be a better place 😊

I came to Mark to help with my confidence levels in certain areas of my life. We are currently half way through the coaching structure and the difference already is amazing. I feel far more able to tackle issues that were holding me back and have managed to get my fire back. Mark is always on point during our sessions and never leaves me feeling like it is just another session. Very proficient coach and a really nice guy as well.
