I have had a number of sessions with Justine over the last year. She helped me identify my priorities when returning to work after a break. She encouraged me back to these values which helped me focus my applications. We’ve also had some sessions on interview skills and practice interviews, which were particularly useful for video interviews that were quite a new and daunting experience for me. Her genuine interest in my answers and her knowledgeable guidance of what the interviewer could be looking for has given me confidence when faced with similar interview situations in real life and to not panic when under pressure.
