I have a private counselling practice where I agree dates and times with each client in advance. I provide counselling that is tailored to the needs of the client that I am working with. I take a non-judgmental approach in the way that I work and I use practical strategies, so clients feel heard and understood. They also leave sessions with tools that they can use when they are not in a session with me.

Working with Michelle over the past few months has been life changing. I've attended counselling prior to working with her but hadn't realised how important it was to find somebody you can connect with authentically. She's professional, compassionate and empathetic. From our very first session Michelle was calm, kind, listened attentively and really took her time to explain how she works. She is totally free of judgement and has created a safe space where I feel heard and have been able to work through some areas in my life I have struggled with for a long time. My life has changed for the better and I highly recommend Michelle to anybody ready to make impactful and positive changes in their life.
