Description
I help people to overcome anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, weight issues, stop smoking and phobias by getting to the root cause of the issue and reprogramming the mind. I am a Rapid Transformational Therapist, which uses hypnotherapy and other tools to deliver wonderful transformations, in one or two sessions. Its quick and effective.
I also help children and teenagers to overcome anxiety and increase their self-esteem. Teenagers can really struggle with their self-worth and liking themselves, changing this around makes a massive improvement in all areas of their lives.
