Tallulah was extremely professional, courteous and helpful throughout all of my sessions. She showed genuine interest in the way I was feeling and always remembered to ask about specific topics from previous sessions. I found our sessions really useful mainly for talking through my thoughts and, with Tallulah’s help, understanding why I was having those thoughts. Tallulah’s persona and approach made me feel comfortable to speak about certain things and she always knew when to probe further so that we could get the most out of our sessions. I was very nervous about starting therapy, as I didn’t really know what to expect and the thought of opening up to someone felt quite intimidating. But from the very first session, Tallulah was warm and welcoming, and made me feel completely safe to share my experiences. I'm a 16 year old and I have been through quite a bit I would like to think, none of wich I could have handled without Lula, she has always been impartial and very kind to me and my dad, she is very thoughtful and easy to talk to, in short Lula has changed my life for the better in so many different ways I can't even list them
