Jackie was very friendly and approachable and very easy to talk to in a cosy safe environment. So far only had a. Couple of sessions and may have more but already I'm able to see a different side to myself and with the tools Jackie gave me have been able to start regaining some strength. Highly recommend

Jackie found my code and was able to identify my issues to me in addition to providing me with the tools to be able to combat them. Jackie has truly changed my life since being diagnosed with PTSD. Life is not only more enjoyable but she had improved my outlook on life immeasurably.

I cannot fault my experience of working with Jackie. I felt like she understood my situation right from the first session but was able to guide me to my own realisations in a supportive manor.
