Scandinavian Speaking Business Development Executive – Duties:

* Acknowledge and qualify all new requests from new leads and existing clients.

* Identify the most suitable products for the client in order to create the most effective, creative and competitive offer.

* Ensure offers reflects what the client expectations are without compromising on quality of services and price of the offer.

* Ensure offers are correctly followed up proactively.

* Constantly update the groups in the operational management system from the quotation side, with all the correct information and services required.

* Maintain good relationships with all clients and ensure quotes are prepared accurately and promptly.

* Keep abreast of who our competitors are.

* Organize and participate in any familiarization trips organised.

Scandinavian Speaking Business Development Executive – Essential Requirements:

* Language skills: Fluency in English is essential together with a Scandinavian language.

* Experience: a minimum of 3 years of experience with a UK inbound operator in a groups preparing and excelling in quotes, liaising with clients to influence decision making, confirming groups. experience with both ad hoc special interest groups as well as series handling.

* Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of UK or Scotland as a destination.

* Communication: the ability to be able to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.

* Energy: you enjoy the buzzing energy of the travel industry, and you are willing to invest time and effort to achieve your goals
