To be considered for the Cruise Consultant role the applicant MUST have UK based cruise sales experience from an established UK travel company.

Cruise Consultant Duties:

* Selling a wide range of ocean and river cruise holidays from the world’s leading cruise lines.

* Offering expert advice to clients and delivering outstanding customer service from enquiry to post-travel follow-up.

* Tailoring cruise packages to suit clients’ preferences, including pre- and post-cruise stays, flights, and excursions.

* Managing inbound sales enquiries via phone, email, and website leads

* Building strong repeat business through excellent rapport and product knowledge.

* Keeping up to date with the latest cruise products, promotions, and industry trends.

* Meeting and exceeding personal and team sales targets

Cruise Consultant – Essential Requirements:

* Previous experience selling cruise holidays with a UK based travel company

* In-depth knowledge of major cruise lines, itineraries, and destinations

* A passion for travel and delivering first-class service

* Strong sales ability with a proven track record of closing sales and hitting targets

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Happy to work full time in the Essex/East London office.
