Due to continued growth and increasing demand for Asia travel especially Thailand and Sri Lanka, we are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Luxury Asia Travel Consultant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a travel industry professional with first-hand experience and a genuine passion for Asia, particularly Thailand and Sri Lanka. Familiarity with India, Vietnam, and Indonesia is also highly desirable.

This role is ideal for a travel consultant from a luxury tailor-made or bespoke tour operator background who is looking for a remote or hybrid London-based position while specialising in one of the world’s most culturally rich and diverse regions.

Key Responsibilities – Luxury Asia Travel Consultant:

* Design and sell tailor-made holidays across Asia, with a focus on Thailand and Sri Lanka along with India, Vietnam, and Indonesia.

* Provide expert travel advice and destination knowledge to clients, ensuring a high level of personalisation and customer satisfaction.

* Create detailed and compelling travel itineraries using handpicked hotels, experiences, and local partnerships.

* Manage all aspects of the sales process from initial enquiry to booking confirmation and after-sales care.

* Work closely with global suppliers and local ground handlers to ensure the highest service standards.

* Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

* Collaborate with product and marketing teams to share insights and contribute to content creation.

* Attend training sessions, industry events, and fam trips as required.

Luxury Asia Travel Consultant – Essential Requirements:

* Experience in a travel sales role selling Sri Lanka and Thailand within an established luxury tour operator or luxury travel agency – essential.

* First-hand travel experience in Thailand and Sri Lanka (essential); experience in India, Vietnam, Indonesia (preferred).

* A deep passion for Asia, with cultural understanding and a keen eye for crafting memorable travel experiences.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.

* Self-motivated and organised, capable of working independently or as part of a team.

* Based in the UK with the ability to commute to London if working on a hybrid basis.
