Description
Visa consultant of over 14 years' professional experience, able to advise on any type of immigration case, including family, human rights, EU, work and student visas.
The office is paperless and services are provided fully online and are aimed at those requiring comprehensive support during the process of preparing and submission of their own UKVI applications.
The service model is now redesigned to focus on production and sale of general legal online brochures and application packs of templates for each visa, residence or nationality category, these online guides being updated promptly when laws, guidance or UKVI decision making practices change.
Templates would, for example, inlcude anything that we have found helpful when preparing the relevant application type, such as:
1. template cover letters and example document list
2. template emails for requests of your supporting documents (if necessary or recommended) from eg HMRC, NHS, UKVI, banks
3. the relevant application forms in a single document to save time clicking through unseen pages of the online forms
4. automated absence calculations (eg for citizenship or settlement applications)
5. template statement, should you need to explain to UKVI unusual or compassionate circumstances, and/or why you are unable to provide any of the usually expected supporting documents
6. in all cases accompanied by hyperlinked step-by-step instructions and alerts where typical problem areas may require individual advice (to be provided as part of one of your three online advice appointments)
Having received all the basic and legally up to date information for your UKVI application, if this does not answer all the questions about your case, you can book short (15-20 min) online appointments with the brochure's author and editor, 3 of which are included in the price of each brochure.
It is anticipated that most clients may have questions, for example, at the following stages:
1. at the initial advice stage
2. at the application preparation stage
3. at submission of the application
