I was stitched up by my Manager such that I was placed in such a position that I could not continue to work for the Company who I had given my life and soul to for 8 years. I contacted Fresh Law while the events were unfolding seeking advice and received prompt and supportive advice as to my options. I could not continue and resigned with immediate effect. Then with Fresh Law's advice I engaged them to raise a claim for unfair constructive dismissal and bullying. Their guidance was to raise the claim against both the Company and the Manager, and the particulars of claim were very thorough and detailed, using the evidence that I had gathered prior to my departure. Fresh Law were exceptionally responsive to any communication from the opposition or any requests for an update by me. The opposition were very difficult to deal with, but Fresh Law were very good at both calming and reassuring me and countering the arguments thrown at me. The ultimate outcome was a settlement of £30k. Fresh Law's fees were very good value considering the volume of work and considerably lower than I would have incurred elsewhere. Brilliant firm and Anastasia is very knowledgeable, competent and efficient and a delight to deal with. She took time to understand the industry and genuinely understood everything. Can't recommend highly enough!
