With a solid legal background in excess of 25 years we currently assist as Business and Legal Consultants to various enterprises, we are involved in IP issues, reviewing and assisting on third party contracts and bespoke T&C’s, reviewing, assessing and drafting agreements and supporting businesses in the negotiation of a range of transactions and disputes. We also have an accredited Civil and Commercial Mediator who is available for mediations across the UK. He has a relaxed yet engaging approach to mediation, and able to think and question parties in a creative manner. He brings over 25 years experience of the commercial world with him as a Mediator and this provides both a pragmatic and synergistic approach to the mediation process.
