1. Condition of Items
o All items are sold “AS-IS, WHERE-IS” with no warranties or guarantees (express or
implied).
o Product descriptions are made to the best of the seller’s knowledge.
o Buyers purchase understanding items are sold in their current condition.

2. No Returns or Refunds
o Returns are not accepted for liquidation assets.
o All sales are final.
o Buyers attempting to request returns or refunds contrary to these terms may be refused
or reported.

3. Payment Terms
o Payment must be made immediately upon agreement of sale.
o Accepted payment methods will be confirmed with the buyer at the time of sale.
o Failure to complete payment within the agreed timeframe may result in cancellation of
the sale.

4. Shipping & Handling
o Shipping, if offered, will be arranged after payment is cleared.
o Shipping costs and methods will be confirmed with the buyer prior to shipment.
o Buyer must provide an accurate shipping address; any additional costs due to incorrect
information are the buyer’s responsibility.
o Where no shipping is offered, items must be collected in person at the specified location.

5. International Sales
o International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees.
o Seller is not responsible for customs delays or issues.

6. Buyer’s Responsibility
o Buyer confirms they have read the full listing, including condition, description, and terms.
o Buyer is responsible for reviewing product photos and asking any questions before
purchase or collection.

7. Limitation of Liability
o Seller is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages or costs arising from the
use or resale of the items.
o The Joint Liquidators act as agents of the company without personal liability.

8. Disputes
o Any disputes shall be resolved directly between buyer and seller or through Gumtree’s
dispute resolution mechanisms, where applicable.
o Legal matters shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

9. Agreement
o By completing the purchase or collection, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to these
Terms of Sale, including the acceptance that no returns will be made.
