Laptop does work, but there are the following issues:-
- The left and right bottom corners have small chips where plastic has come away.
- There are marks on the plastic that goes around the keyboard.
- The screen has some small damage along the top and down the right hand side of the screen
- Left shift key often doesn't work.
- No sound through speakers. Correct sound drivers are installed. You can use Bluetooth headphones to get sound.
- Scratches on the lid.
Please check the pictures carefully and read the description properly. The laptop still works fine. Battery life is about 4/5 hours. Comes with compatible charger. Works great through HDMI port. Laptop screen is still very useable for day to day use.
