Description
An experienced live-out Gardener is required for a beautiful private estate in Devon.
This role involves the high-standard care and maintenance of extensive gardens, lawns, herbaceous borders, formal beds, walled gardens, fruit and vegetable areas.
The successful candidate will manage seasonal planting, pruning, pest control, and soil health, as well as oversee fruit and vegetable production for the household.
Duties include horticultural planning with the Principals, maintaining garden machinery and ensuring the estate’s presentation is immaculate year-round.
The role requires leadership skills to oversee garden staff, a keen eye for design and detail and a discreet, professional approach.
Ideal candidate must be pet friendly with a clean driver’s license.
This is a full time role working 45 hours per week over 5 days.
Salary negotiable around £35k gross pa depending on experience.
