Though I was quite pleased with the drive they broke the drain and didn't put it pack in the right place. I called Mike back to look at it and explained it should be attached to a drain pipe and joined onto a drainage system but he insisted that it was soak away drain and left it at that. I have lived here for 40 years and I know it was a proper drain there as I used it to pour water down when I emptied my fish tank or cleaned my pond filter. I am very concerned about what the conciquences might be if he's blocked the original pipe.

Mike and his team came to do my patio I told Mike I wasn't happy with the drainage he said he would come and fix it. He hasn't his crew also think it's perfectly fine to use your stuff and take it with them when they leave. When I spoke to Mike on the phone about my concerns he swore at me and was very rude. The arrogance of this man is off the scale! AVOID!
