Nelson and team were great. They laid a 20 sqm limestone patio across 2.5 days. Nelson initially visited, helpfully showing samples of potential options. When starting the job - Nelson and team were mindful - firstly of my newly laid turf / lawn, as well as cleaning up after themselves each day of work. I had a couple requests mid-job to make the patio to my liking - Nelson was open to ideas and happy to help. I'm glad they were receptive - as it made a big difference to me. I would use Nelson + team again.

Trevor and his guys were given a job in our garden, which included removing trees and shrubs, planting new turf, building a few flower beds, paving patio with porcelain tiles and replacing four fence panels. The quality of the work is okay, but there was no attention to tidiness, and the communication after the final payment was awful. Every day at 4pm sharp they were leaving without cleaning up, leaving behind a mess of tools scattered in mud, sand and cement everywhere, mixers, wheelbarrows thrown on the driveway. They didn't finish what had been agreed, namely fixing one slab to complete the patio and collecting an old shed from the garden. So they stopped calling and rarely answered my calls either. They never showed up to complete that last bit of the job, which is why I give them 2 out 5. The intention was to use this company for future phases of the project but now this is unlikely.
