Andrew and his team, were amazing. They chopped two of my trees down, and renewed my fences. Andrew was so respectful and friendly. He was so precise with all the work, even down to the cleaning up. Just everywhere was spotlessly cleared away. I’ve already recommended him to a couple of my friends, they came to look at Andrew’s work, and WOW were they impressed. It’s not just the fantastic job they’ve done, but anything that I asked, or needed sorting , was explained straight away. It was lovely to have such a caring, reliable team, they even let me chat ( and I can gab for England!’ ), and they kept on working. Right through the work, Andrew let me know what he was doing, why he was doing certain things, and reassured me at every point of the job. Andrew was fully experienced, and the work on the trees and fences proved that. He came to view the job first, and gave me prices , alongside the length of time the job would take. The prices were really good. I’ve had quotes before , but Andrew gave much better , affordable good prices. What more can I say, except if you need anything done, especially with trees, fences, garden buildings it’s worth getting Right to the Root company ( Andrew) . The gentle man claiming to go by the name of Andrew came to quote back lawn and conifers. This man massacred my garden with a machine to chop the tree stumps. My lawn is beyond repair! All the years it’s taken to get my greenery just so . Has now been a waste and destroyed… I’ve seen quotes on here about this so called gentleman not asking for money up front !! Well e asked my elderly neighbour for the money upfront and as not returned to carry out the work that as been paid for I do not recommend this company and be very careful if hiring them

Had multiple quotes andrew and his team stuck out from the offset. Very knowledgeable and great attention to detail. They removed a fur tree that was massively leaning over the house and replaced the fence Would recommend andrew and his team to anyone (Was the only company not to ask for money upfront) Thanks andrew for the great work

From the first call to the clean up, Andrew (and the team) were excellent. Poilte and not pushy. A professional quote, a fair price and excellent quality work. Very knowledgeable and gave us options. Me and the family would recommend to anyone. Thanks again.
