john from broadoak came to take a look at my roof where we had a leak he found the problem straightaway a came the following week to complete i’m must say he did everything he said he would most important fix the issue and while doing he kept everything, clean and tidy. Would highly recommend

We had John and his team around to re-Point our chimney stack and install some new fascia’s, soffits and gutters. We were very happy with the works that were carried out. They were clean and tidy. We Couldn’t ask for much more. Thanks again.

We had Broadoak Home Improvements repaint the outside of our house after some complications with the rendering and we are happy with the result. John, the owner, assessed the situation, told us clearly what would be needed with preparation, and gave us an estimate. Scaffolding arrived and painting started as expected. The painter, Mike, explained how many coats he was putting on, assessed difficulties and did an excellent job. John was very professional, careful to listen to us, understanding our needs and concerns. He did an assessment of the gutters which we knew were in bad shape on the front of the house. We had him replace them and they did a good job, repainting and protecting the fascia underneath. Our only concern was with the scaffolding company whose people didn’t use helmets or other safety items when handling the piping and lumber. We would highly recommend Broadoak Home Improvements for similar jobs and felt we were treated very fairly, and that our needs were attended to throughout. Both John and Mike were pleasant; we felt comfortable with both of them around our home.
