Knocked at our door asking if we wanted our roof cleaned. Accidently broke one of the roof tiles while doing it but said they fixed it. A week later we've got water coming through our roof and I've tried to contact them twice about it but no reply. They weren't hard to get hold of when they were trying to upsell me some additional work to my roof... Shame because they came across really well when they were here...

We cannot praise & recommend this team highly enough. We were in need of pitch and flat roof removal and replacement (mid terrace,) and saw this team working on a nearby house. We were impressed by their skill and craftsmanship and before we could approach them they knocked our door, having seen the state of our roof and offered their services. Work was assessed and instant quote given. The water damage which had already occurred was even worse than we anticipated. We booked the firm and they were able to start within days. Their hard work, speed, and quality craftsmanship exceeded our expectations. They genuinely worked as a team and were all pleasant, polite and cheerful. Always punctual in arrival and clearing and removing rubbish. Work was completed within time limit given and we no longer fear the bad weather. Price was competitive and they were worth every penny. So pleased they knocked our door & we cannot recommend them highly enough.
