Very fast and responsive to my enquiry along with very reasonable price I cannot fault there work done to a real high quality I’m so happy with the turf they laid in my garden well above my expectations I would highly recommend Stuart and his team will defo be using again when we move

Stuart and his team started the work on my garden in December 2024. He has been giving me empty promises that he will come to complete it since the New Year 2025. I paid his invoice in full at Christmas , naïvely believing him to be trustworthy. As it has been 6 months, I'm now looking for someone to complete the job that he has already been paid for. In addition, the roof of the pergola that he built is leaking already and he has ignored requests to come and fix it , stating that he will come when he's finished the next job . Also the blackberry bushes that were supposedly dug out have started to grow back. Very very poor communication and customer service which is a real shame as I was pleased with the hard landscaping. Be warned, do your research thoroughly before parting with your hard earned cash.

I went on bark to find a company to supply and fit artificial grass Prime grass was very quick to reply Stuart came out and gave me a quote and it was a good price so I decided to have a new patio as well so I went from very bad muddy and dog wee grass to beautiful grass and patio I’m very happy with there service very knowledgeable don’t hesitate to have prime grass you will not be disappointed Thanks guys

We are so pleased with the quality of work Stuart and his team produced. Our garden has been transformed so our boys can now play football outside, in all weathers. Prime Grass are a lovely, friendly team and were very flexible with all requests. Stuart came up with some great cost saving solutions which meant the price we paid was fantastic compared to other quotes we had received. Would recommend to anyone
