After storm Darrah caused havoc and blew many fences over, including mine, finding a reliable, affordable contractor to repair and replace it in good time, can be quite the challenge. I fortunately got into contact with Ross and what an absolute gem him and his team was. Not only did he give a most competitive quote and even lowered it to accommodate current high cost of living standards many are struggling with, but most importantly, did an absolutely fantastic job. Highly recommend this fantastic professional and his team. First time contacted Ross Burnett for quotation to carry out replacement broken garden fencing panels and posts, replacement boards to bin store, driveway general clear-up and removal of waste
Discussed variations to quotation to suit amended requirements and agreed revised overall figure
Arrived on promised day and time and worked nonstop efficiently throughout the day providing excellent finish in every aspect of the required works to our satisfaction
Delighted to finalise payment for work done
Overall, would recommend this contractor without hesitation and fully intend to re-employ for our future maintenance works

Excellence throughout. We started off wanting a replacement decking in wood. With Ross' input we changed to composite and amended the design. Through the installation, Ross' team were polite, efficient and almost unobtrusive. The attention to detail was excellent, suggesting minor changes here and there to ensure a perfect finish. Nothing was too much trouble - even when the incorrect parts arrived or the weather got in the way - the team came back to complete the job to an exceptional standard. Would highly recommend.
