⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently hired Scott for drainage work on my salon and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. From the moment he arrived, he was punctual, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about the job. He quickly assessed the situation, explained the issues in a way I could understand, and provided a clear plan of action. The work was carried out efficiently and to a high standard. He ensured everything was cleaned up afterward and left the area better than he found it. What really impressed me was his attention to detail and commitment to making sure the drainage system would be reliable long-term. Had called on SRM to reseal my shower as the old seal was wearing off and creating mould issues. Scott promptly sent one of his team who was quite friendly and spent a good about of time dealing some ot the challenges that hard water had caused. However next day I realised there were a couple of spots that needed looking into given their location within the shower. Scott himself came down within a couple of days to sort the remaining issues and made sure they were resolved for good. Great commitment and customer service. Would thoroughly recommend Scott and SRM.
