Paul sold the job really well. Pre-sale was amazing. We felt like the job was in good hands. That's where the positives stop. On the day the door arrived with a different handle to what we asked for. We decided to go with it to save hassle. One fitter was then seen urinating against my house on my driveway and when I complained to Paul the owner of this company, he asked me whether his was bigger than mine?! Upon job completion we found there was a loose and scratched door handle plate that they promised to resolve in a week and now it's been months. There is also water ingress in the frame which they said shouldn't happen but it is and is not draining. I have been constantly trying to get in contact with anyone from their company but was met each time with "I'm on holiday" or "I'm ill" and "I'll call you back", which never happened. I would not recommend choosing this company to do any work, as they clearly have no pride in their company.

Don't use this company. Their communication is bad and they don't deliver anything. Totally dishonest and wastes everyone's time. DO NOT USE THEM. I will give only negative voting to them and to the owner Paul.

Trust me, do not use them. They lie and cheat. They have not answered my calls in months, leaving the project unfinished despite the fact that I have paid for all the materials which are apparently sitting at the property. stay well clear ! Absolutely disgusted.
