PERSONALISED SERVICE
When you call us you will first speak to James, our company owner, he will be able to discuss with you the details of your job and then book in a site visit by himself and one of our horticultural experts. We will give you options and recommendations as part of our no obligation quote. We are always here to discuss the work at any point in the process.

NO HIDDEN CHARGES
In our clear and transparent quotation you will see a breakdown of all charges. Including hire cost of equipment, labour cost, number of men on the job, fuel surcharges etc. We do not charge for site visits and we leave your property as we found it, so if anything is damaged (for example a fence) we will put it right at our expense.

QUALIFIED AND INSURED
Our tree surgeons and chainsaw operators are all trained to City and Guilds high Standards and offer you their knowledge and experience in tree species, tree health and the environment.
We have £1,000,000 public liability insurance for all jobs, but if more cover is needed for specialist work this can be arranged at no extra cost
​All of the equipment we use is tested regularly and is of the highest standards required to achieve bi-annual LOLER Certification.

COMPLIANT WITH THE LAW
Some Trees and certain wildlife are protected so cutting down or even just pruning protected trees or trees which harbour bats for example could mean legal action. We can make all the necessary checks with councils and survey the tree for wildlife as part of our quotation.
If your trees are protected by a Tree Preservation Order we will be able to clarify this for you. We will guide you through the planning process if these type of trees need attention.
