Here is my experience of JJ. I needed my apple tree pruning. JJ responded promptly to my request on Bark. They arrived and a price was agreed for pruning; a but more than I expected at £400. A little while after they had started pruning I was advised that the tree was sick and needed to be cut down. An extra of fee of £300 was agreed for cutting down the tree, treating the wood and cutting it up for firewood. After they left I discovered the pieces of wood were too big to put on the fire so I got another tree surgeon to give me a second opinion on whether the tree was sick and to cut up the wood into smaller pieces. I was told the tree was not sick, but was old and several more years of life left in it. The fee for the second tree surgeon was less 10% of what I paid JJ.

Two very pleasant young men worked very hard and dismantled a large pine tree that had outlived its welcome, they also removed a high section of conifer hedging. after the cutting and shredding of the branches the site was raked and swept, leaving everything neat and tidy. I would use them again.

The boys came and fixed my roof in a short space of time I had 3 other boys at the same property and could not do anything with it but was glad to see the problem sorted with John's team

Employed these guys for a small tree surgery job, they ripped me off, and would have extracted a whole lot more money had I not gone to get a second opinion.
