This company did our Astro turf 18 months ago. Six weeks after installation we smelt dog urine, the company returned and put some envirofil free of charge. However we continued to battle with the smell, the company informed me there was nothing more they could do. I have requested a copy of the invoice for the grass as several companies believe it to be latex not polyurethane backed grass. This company ignores all emails, and now we are going to take them to court because we have had to pay out again to get Astro turf. They block you on social media too

Well I would love to live a good review but I can’t !! The only way to contact them was via WhatsApp which I did I had a couple of reviews to say they can come and survey then nothing for a couple of days then they messaged to say they would could next day I asked in for a time and again nothing so I’ve now got a lawn being fitted by Trulawn for 3k so if you want a quick response then don’t bother !! Came across very very unprofessional
