Josh contacted me quickly with a detailed message about how he might tackle the job. We needed a repair to some sunken block-work on our drive. He followed up with a visit and was clear in his assessment of what needed to be done and gave a reasonable quote. He and his assistant came on a day of our choosing to complete the work.
